Pricing Guidelines
Preferred Pricing
C&E members who maintain an average monthly balance of over $1000.00 and are in good terms with C&E Credit Department for at least 6 months.
Standard Pricing
Non C&E members or members who do not meet "Preferred Pricing" guidelines will be billed standard pricing. (Upon increase of sales, member price is available - Call for more information 800.346.8603)
First Time Attendee Pricing
These are individuals who have not attended an Ocular Symposium.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations before cut off date will be assessed a $45.00 cancellation fee. All non-members will receive a transfer to the following seminar. C&E Vision members shall receive a transfer to the following seminar or a credit will be issued to the account in which the registration was charged. No checks will be issued. All cancellations must be processed online. No cancellations will be accepted via phone or mail. Attendee's must follow deadlines, no special arrangements will be made if deadlines are missed. No postmarks will be accepted after cut off dates.
Note: Space is based upon availability; C&E reserves the right to refuse education to anyone that does not adhere to company policy.
