C&E Vision's Story
In 1983 Harvey Yamamoto, OD set out to help his fellow colleagues save money by grouping all of their purchases together in order to achieve the volume discounts that chains were receiving. Soon C&E Vision was born and gave way to an easy way to consolidate practices monthly billings to help each member save time & money.
Today C&E Vision has enabled thousands of Independent Eyecare Professionals (IEPs) to effectively compete against retail optical chains and warehouse outlets. C&E is now one of the nation's largest optical buying groups with thousands of members throughout the United States and has redefined the original concept of the optical buying group which was essentially a billing service.
C&E is dedicated to providing the basis for the IEP's success by making available to its member's maximum discounts from the optical industry's leading vendors, as well as offering a complete range of web based account management services to enable the IEP to reduce the time and money spent on practice management. With MyC&E, C&E's Members Only Web Portal, members are able to download vendor invoices, manage their frame displays, view frame information and much more.
